This clinic has been a God send! It’s a cozy inviting space, for women by women in Whitby. It’s genius! I’m only 2 sessions in, but Michelle F. Smith is the truth! I’m 9 months post partum and thought I’d be in pain forever due to c section healing issues. I haven’t been able to properly walk, sleep, run, sit, (you name it) since I gave birth. After the 1st session, I walked out practically good as new. The. First. Visit. I know it’s not an overnight process, but with Michelle providing post natal massage therapy, and her recommendation to also see a pelvic specialist within the same clinic, I’m well on my way to recovery.
